1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the online gambling platform operated under the brand name localyk2 and accessible at https://localyk2.cam ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you ("User", "Player", "you") unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

localyk2 provides an online casino and sports betting service catering primarily to players located in Malaysia, including but not limited to users in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Penang, Johor Bahru, and surrounding areas. The Platform offers live casino games, slot machines, sportsbook betting (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and esports), crash games, and lottery-style products.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and localyk2. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on localyk2, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. localyk2 operates a strict 21+ policy in line with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting operators.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform for any reason.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of localyk2, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on localyk2 at any given time. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your official government-issued identification document.
• A valid and active email address to which you have exclusive access.
• Your date of birth.
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number.
• A secure password of your choosing, known only to you.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. localyk2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

localyk2 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. We may request identity documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address (issued within 3 months), and a selfie holding your identity document. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

5 Deposits & Payments

localyk2 accepts deposits from Malaysian players via the following payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), and Ethereum (ETH).

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction.
• The maximum deposit amount is RM30,000 per transaction, subject to the limits imposed by your chosen payment provider.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• localyk2 does not charge fees for processing deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately for e-wallets and DuitNow, and within 5–15 minutes for FPX bank transfers, under normal operating conditions.
• localyk2 reserves the right to return a deposit and close an Account if the deposit is found to originate from an unlawful source.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Account cashier at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is subject to your current VIP tier and will be communicated within the Account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in your own name. localyk2 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 2 hours during peak processing windows.
• localyk2 reserves the right to perform additional identity verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.

6.1 Withdrawal Delays

Withdrawal processing may be delayed in the following circumstances: (a) pending KYC review; (b) a security investigation is underway; (c) the withdrawal amount triggers mandatory AML reporting thresholds; or (d) a technical issue affects the relevant payment channel. In all such cases, localyk2 will notify the User and provide an estimated resolution timeline.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

localyk2 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday rewards, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed Account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Account, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements ranging from x10 to x30, as specified on the relevant promotion page. The wagering requirement must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet: While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum permissible bet or wager per round is typically capped between RM250 and RM500. Placing a single bet exceeding this limit will constitute misuse of Bonus Funds and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games typically contribute 10%–20%. Contribution rates for specific games are published on the promotions page.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. Any uncleared Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonus Abuse: localyk2 monitors all player activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional terms. localyk2 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings in such cases.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the localyk2 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are independently verified for fairness. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. localyk2 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or alter a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, dispute, or game error, localyk2 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. The decision of localyk2 on such matters is final and binding.
• For sports betting, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's specific betting rules, published within the Platform's sportsbook rules section.
• localyk2 is not liable for any loss resulting from a User's misunderstanding of game rules, betting odds, or payout structures.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot games are published within the game information panel. These represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual results.

9 Responsible Gambling

localyk2 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and have implemented the following tools and policies:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Requests to increase a limit will be subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering will be suspended until the period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Any player may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team. Excluded accounts cannot be re-activated during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform displays session duration information to help players remain aware of time spent gambling.
• Age Restriction: localyk2 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and employs age verification technology at registration and at points of withdrawal.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the localyk2 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Creating or operating more than one Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime conducted through the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform or its games.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

localyk2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, in which case an inactivity fee of RM10 per month may be deducted from the remaining balance.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonuses and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC checks.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, localyk2 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from interruptions to Platform availability, including scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• The conduct of third-party game studios whose products are featured on the Platform, including but not limited to game malfunctions or RTP variations.
• Loss arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Any unauthorised access to a User's Account caused by the User's own failure to maintain adequate security over their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit localyk2's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13 Privacy & Data

localyk2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and Platform usage is used solely for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. localyk2 does not sell or rent personal data to third-party marketers.

14 Amendments to These Terms

localyk2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which localyk2 holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and localyk2, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with our customer support team. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English.

For betting disputes, the decision of the localyk2 Disputes Resolution team, following review of all available game logs and transaction records, shall be final and binding subject only to the arbitration process described above.
